#VLOG 28 Artists vs #Rents & #Corona. I interviewed Anthony Nestel (1987, Antwerpen. Links to his projects below) who lives in Broedplaats LELY (studio complex for artists and creative freelancers Amsterdam West). He speaks about his urgent and critical situation in regards with his income and rent. He declares that 60% to 70% of his income went to rent pre-corona time and now his rent is 50% higher than his current income. Stichting Urban Resort (manager of the LELY) payment plan is an unpopular dept plan at the start of #Coronacrisis. Watch the rest of the video also about #TOZO.
