2. “Handover”
Change of shifts in ICU B with ICU nurses and “buddies.” During this handover, information about the patient, the progress of their case, and details of the past shift are told to the colleagues on the next one. The buddies are doctors from other specialties, nurses from the surgery complex and even retired former colleagues.
