Moving in the Time of Corona
This picture was shot in the metro as I was in the process of moving into my new apartment, a month into lockdown during a time where new cases of COVID-19 had been rising ever so highly. As I was going back and forth with bags of my belongings, it was the first time I’d frequently had to use the metro during lockdown. As such, it felt very strange being in the metro, with the quiet but cautious atmosphere the inside gave. With people sitting with 2-3 seats of distance between others, it was hard not to take care of oneself.
