Garden concert in the Deysselstraat
On Saturday May 9th we organised four garden concerts in the courtyard of the Deysselstraat. A little musical gift to the neighbourhood. We did this in collaboration with Pop-up Theater van Deyssell (part of Frascati), and our in-house theatre company Amsterdam Andalusian Orchestra.
It was a magical afternoon. Many local residents enjoyed the concerts from their balcony. Photographer David Hup documented the afternoon.
Additional information for deaf or hard of hearing: in this video there is no spoken language. There is music added purely as illustration. The song is called Idaa Htazzaty Al-Aarwah by the Amsterdam Andalusian Orchestra.
