Gina’s Pancake Day
On 20 March it was National Pancake Day. Without coronavirus, community worker Gina would have gone out into the neighbourhood to bake pancakes with local residents. But what can we do when we all have to stay home? Gina decided to teach us her grandmother’s special pancake recipe at home. That way we can bake Gina’s pancakes at home!
