Coronawijf: from the Liz Taylor Series (candid shot)
Amsterdams dialect incorporates illnesses as its worst curses. This work incorporates a new negative curse word for women derived from diseases into my long-standing Liz Taylor Series of paintings. People who do not mask or social distance see me as a coronawijf for reminding them of the pandemic.
