Faith In The Sound
Amsterdam Gay Men’s Chorus is a chosen family. During Corona we could not rehearse, sing or dance together and we had to cancel our Summer show at the end of the season. But we stayed in touch, did rehearsals online via Zoom and we took care of each other like a family. Especially since many members are single or have family living abroad. For Pride 2020 we were asked to perform and make a movie due to limited people allowed in the space at The Amsterdam Museum. That’s why we made this movie ‘Faith In The Sound’. To tell our story but also to work on something together we can be proud of. Thanks to The Shakespeare Club, the Amsterdam Museum, Remco van Dam (Director), Wessel Haaxman (Camera/editing, MVS Gay Station), Nutella Versace and many more.
