Hands at home
door Popcorn Stories
I’m a French painter, I arrived in Amsterdam last May. I started this series of sketches to show our lives in confinement at home. We can see in “With Love” the white t-shirts with a heart hanging at the windows in honor of the medical workers. Or in “Happy Hour” the stuffed animals on display at the windows to entertain the kids during their walks, It’s a nice way to support the little ones during a difficult time. For the adults it’s the Happy hours we have to do at home (drink responsibly) after homeschooling the kids. But also in “Essentials” the hoarding of the toilet paper and the flour. In “Together” it’s about the love and support to one another, between neighbors or countries.
