Solace in the sun
On this photo you see two neighbours from Veetteeltstraat in Betondorp. The lady in the wheelchair often sits close by her neighbour who lives on the sunny side of the street. This was an exceptional day, as they were both waiting for the flowers that were to be delivered for the burial of a young man from the same neighbourhood who had been shot a week earlier.
