In the photographs we see the work of artist Peim van der Sloot, who takes to the streets alone, at night and with the right precautions. He responds to advertising, including events that unfortunately cannot go ahead because of the COVID-19 outbreak in the Netherlands.

By adding simple words, arrows and stripes, the maker manages to change the context of these cultural posters in one fell swoop. In this way the aesthetic posters of cultural institutions become public signs for the measures that are in force. Staying at home also turns out to be an art.
