Hearing impaired understand less because of plexic screens in shops and counters

This picture was taken when the rules of care were just being tightened. It was a strange, anxious time for the families. But also for us to work. Almost every week the rules were adjusted; not only for the clients but also for us as care providers. That also put a kind of pressure on our shoulders and it made it quite exciting to work while the people around us were advised to stay indoors.
