Make your own planetarium
In the astronomy course of IMC Weekend School Amsterdam-Noord, Spacebuzz and guest teacher and astronomer Jakob van den Eijnden helped the students build their own planetariums using fishing line, scissors, glue and tape.
SpaceBuzz is an educative programme for children in the seventh year of primary school and is based on the mission training that astronauts undergo. In collaboration with co-founder and ambassador André Kuipers, the class learn about the universe, Earth, nature and technology as they prepare for their own mission to space.
