Denise Rosenboom is best known for her unique jewelry line: “Pussy Pendants”, handmade vulva’s in various shapes, sizes and colors. The necklaces have been around the world for years and since last year they are also sold in The Stedelijk Museum, Museum Voorlinden and the Vagina Museum in London!
During the corona crisis she designed a golden variant with a pearl
In the moonlight this pearl arose from the infinite feminine energy. In this time of stillness, peace and self-reflection I came to the essence of freedom. Back to the origin, back to yourself.
The golden vulva stands for Denise as a symbol for the rebirth of yourself. The pearl symbolizes; “The awakening of the highest love being within you”. Be proud, loving to yourself and others, dare to live from pleasure and freedom. The necklaces can be ordered through her webshop.
From the question; Am I free myself?, various transformations arose; I woke up, I got more rest, more focus, I applied for a sabbatical to work for me as a teacher, I arranged a new studio and brought me into synergy with artist Bagua Jody. In collaboration a new project arose, based on freedom and fun; “LE DERNIER JOUR Art Project”. This project is still in the making but the journey is already great!
